Once you book your appointment, we’ll come to your home, scoop all visible dog waste from the agreed areas, and dispose of it properly. We’ll notify you when we’re on the way, when we start, and once the job is done.

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (unlocked gate, no aggressive dogs loose), you do not need to be present.

Yes, please! For everyone’s safety, please have your dog inside or securely tied up during the time of service. Even friendly dogs can get nervous with strangers in the yard.

We offer both one-time cleanups and regular scheduled services. There’s no long-term contract required, just a simple service agreement for clarity and safety.

Yes — cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, a $10 late cancellation fee will apply. -
If you're within that 2-hour window, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but it may be subject to availability or a cancellation fee.

Payment is due before or immediately after your service is completed. We make it easy!
